Right now, we ship across Singapore. We’re working on buzzing our way to more countries soon!

How much is shipping?
$6 for Standard Shipping, and $8 for Express Shipping. [Express Shipping may be unavailable during sales launches] Spend $100 for free shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard Shipping: 5-7 working days
Express Shipping: 2 working days (We know waiting is hard — we’re parents too!)

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Opps! Drop us an email, or DM us on Instagram right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can fix it.

My order hasn’t arrived.
Send us your order number via email or DM us on Instagram, and we’ll check on it with our delivery partner.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are for personal care, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchange due to hygiene purposes.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please send us a photo within 7 days so we can make it right.

Are your products safe for children?
Yes, our children’s line is specially formulated for little ones, but always follow our age guidance and do a patch test first.

How long do your balms last?
Unopened: 12 months. Once opened: best used within 6 months.

How should I store my balm?
Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

What if I/my child has allergies?
We list all ingredients clearly, and some products contain nut oils. Please patch test before first use.

We share our favourite “ritual spots” on each product page, but common ones are wrists, temples, chest, or the soles of feet.

What’s the difference between a balm and a roll-on?
Balms are richer and nourishing for skin, while roll-ons are quick and mess-free for on-the-go moments.
